Class - 2 B
Activity on Subtraction
On 2nd July, 2026 (Thursday) students of Class 2 B enthusiastically participated in a joyful activity based on Subtraction.
In class, they used kidney beans and a paper worksheet to calculate the difference by subtracting the subtrahend from the minuend.
The activity was enjoyable, meaningful and successful in teaching the concept of subtraction as “taking away”, it also improved counting and number sense.
Additionally, it helped in building confidence among all the students.
